About
This Blog
Welcome to my digital corner.
This blog exists primarily as a place to collect thoughts, ideas, and explorations. I’ve always enjoyed writing, and since keeping a high ELO in RTS or MOBA games isn’t as easy (or as fun) as it once was, writing became a better outlet for that same need to think, analyze, and refine.
As I’ve gradually drifted away from social media, I wanted a space of my own, unconcerned with timelines, algorithms, or engagement, where ideas could live, evolve, or be abandoned without ceremony.
Here you’ll find posts on some of my interests and experiences: engineering, technology, philosophy, history, cinema, and the occasional conceptual wanderings. Some posts are analytical, some personal, some practical. Facts, references, and technical details are treated seriously. Opinions are my own. Everything else is simply a snapshot of thought at a given moment.
What is written remains.
Myself
I’ve spent most of my life building things: networks, software, esports leagues, and teams. I co-founded Inygon, a pioneering esports company that became a cornerstone of Portugal’s gaming industry. There, we launched landmark professional leagues like the Portuguese League of Legends (LPLOL) and VALORANT Challengers Portugal: Tempest (VCL PT), as well as the software and broadcast systems that powered them.
I began my career in IT and cybersecurity, earned a Bachelor’s in IT Engineering, and later completed a Master’s in Marketing and Corporate Strategy after diving into entrepreneurship. Since then, I’ve spent a good part of my career connecting the dots between technology, product design, and business.
These days, I’m back to my tech roots, focusing on cybersecurity and fearlessly tinkering with new experiments in system architecture and AI, hopefully in a safe environment.
Outside of work, I’m into cinema, philosophy, motorsports, metal and gaming. Basically anything that mixes logic, creativity, competition, and a bit of chaos.
